Born and raised in the Western Colorado town of Parachute, Hayden Gardner is a true Colorado native, the 6th generation of land stewards on the Western Slope. From grade school to vocational school, to college Hayden has kept it local.

Don’t let Hayden’s looks fool you—she knows how to get her hands dirty. Her father is a well-known Colorado contractor specializing in excavation and dirtwork. Hayden has poured concrete and helped dig house foundations and has helped build drilling pads and roads for the oil & gas industry in Western Colorado. She is skilled at running excavators and skid steers and is now working on ranch rehab projects. 

Hayden Gardner’s agriculture background—rodeo, horses, cattle, and 4H

Hayden grew up on a historic ranch property with her family, irrigating, bucking hay bales, doctoring cattle, training horses, and raising 4H animals. She was active showing 4H livestock at the Garfield County Fair and traveled the rodeo circuit with her mom and sister. She volunteered for the local veterinarian and understands large animal health. 

Hayden is an accomplished horsewoman. Cooking, hunting, golfing, shooting, crafting and going to the gym - Hayden is an active adult

Hayden Gardner's free time activities are diverse. She loves going to the gym, shooting, hunting and playing golf. For clients looking for hunting property representation, she is a very knowledgeable hunter and big game specialist. At home, she enjoys cooking and crafting.
