Based in Grand Junction, Colorado, Valerie Siler is a 10-year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over her home state of Colorado. Valerie has built a solid foundation of clients in the community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her clients’ needs first.
Valerie studied Nursing in Glenwood Springs, Colorado and later went on to own and operate an Elderly Care Assisted Living Facility in the Grand Junction area. It was there that she discovered her passion for helping others find a place to call home. She wasted no time in pursuing her real estate license and began her new career. Ten years later, she has never been more passionate about being a Realtor and helping clients to purchase their future homes and find the property of their dreams. More recently, however, Val has expanded her focus from residential real estate to mountain cabins, hunting properties, and commercial real estate. “I recently became affiliated with United Country Colorado Brokers,” she explains, “and the United Country tools for marketing other categories of real estate, such as mountain land, cabins, and commercial, are unsurpassed in Western Colorado.”
In her free time, Valerie is a wife and a mother of two early school-age children. She is an avid mountain climber, hiker, and lifelong snowboarder. She has even summited the Grand Tetons, explored the trails of Yellowstone, and has climbed more than half of Colorado’s 14ers. Spending time in the San Juan Mountains near Dallas Divide at their own remote cabin together with her friends and family is something she never takes for granted. “If you're lucky enough to be in the mountains, you’re lucky enough,” she says. Valerie’s husband, Brad Siler, is well known throughout the mountain regions of Western Colorado as a log home and cabin builder who also specializes in maintaining and repairing log homes in remote areas—a specialty that is highly valued among log home owners in remote locations.
