Jodi Armendariz — A Real Estate Broker That Knows Western Colorado
Jodi moved to Western Colorado in the mid 90’s with her family. Her father’s love for hunting and the mountains brought them to Delta and that is where she calls home. She was raised on a farm where her family raised horses and alfalfa. She was taught from a young age the value of hard work and continually learning new things.
A Broker Involved in the Local Community and the Colorado Lifestyle
Jodi and her husband Mathew chose Delta to raise their children due to their love of the area and community. They continue to share with them the love of the Colorado outdoors by hunting, fishing, camping, and paddle boarding anytime they can. When they are not enjoying the outdoors they are watching their children as they participate in school sports, FFA, and other community activities. The love of the small town feel is something that the whole family truly enjoys.
Jodi Puts Her Experience and Education to Work For Her Clients
Jodi is currently in her third year of college working her way towards a Bachelor’s of Science degree with a Business and Accounting emphasis. She also has worked the finance department at Delta Montrose Electric Association. Her 20 years of customer service and client relations has equipped her with the tools that she needs in order to ensure her clients are happy and all of their needs are met to the best of her ability.
