Property Location: From Rich Hill, MO go 4.5 miles south on I-49 to Hwy TT (exit right on TT) to S1413 Rd and south 1 mile to Bailey Rd., then 3 miles west on Bailey Rd. Turn north and go ½ mile to land entrance.  (watch for signs)   

Legal Description: Two tracts of land (combined) and being described as 79.20+/- acres located

in the E/2 of Section 34 and the W/2 of Section 35, Township 38 North, Range 32

West, Vernon County, Missouri.
