Gregg Angelovich is an Associate Broker with United Country-Real Colorado Properties, serving clients throughout Colorado with a primary focus on the Western Slope, but with a Truck and side by side he can go anywhere in the state. Licensed since 2020, Gregg brings a rare combination of real estate experience, business leadership, financial expertise, and firsthand knowledge of Colorado’s ranching and rural lifestyle.
Raised on a cattle ranch in Rye, Colorado, Gregg developed an early understanding of land, livestock, ranch operations, and the responsibilities that come with owning rural property. Gregg has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern Colorado. That experience remains a valuable advantage when helping clients buy or sell various types of real estate including farms/ranches, land, recreational/mountain, commercial, and residential.
Before entering real estate, His career included managing an independent insurance office, financial analysis and forecasting for multiple coal mines, and serving as Business Manager at a Colorado mine. Those experiences sharpened the negotiation, financial analysis, and problem-solving skills he now brings to every transaction.
Since beginning his real estate career, Gregg has represented buyers and sellers in many successful transactions to achieve their dream and goals. In 2025, he closed approximately $8.5 million in sales volume, including a $2.9 million ranch sale.
Gregg is a member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI), reflecting his commitment to land- and ranch-related real estate. He believes successful real estate is built on honesty, clear communication, strong negotiation, and doing what is right for the client. Whether helping a family find a home, an owner sell a ranch, or an investor evaluate a commercial property, Gregg takes a practical, business-minded approach and works hard to protect his clients’ interests.
Outside of real estate, Gregg enjoys horseback riding in the mountains, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family. His connection to Colorado and its rural communities is more than professional—it is part of who he is.
