Jennifer Thomas is a Real Estate Broker That Knows Western Colorado
Jennifer has lived in Delta County for over 38 + years. She enjoys anything to do with the outdoors. She grew up showing horses and now rides ATV's and snowmobiles! Jennifer and her husband, Dan, enjoy the small-town atmosphere and the community that living on the Western Slope provides. Her husband has been a local business owner (DTS Fluid Power) for 40+ years.
Jennifer's love of people and helping others, as well as her enjoyment of buying houses and flipping them, are what brought her to real estate. She and her husband have had several cabins at Arrowhead in Cimarron, CO for the past 16 years ,and still owns property. She plans on sharing that experience with others by specializing in buying and selling cabins along with Commercial Properties on the Western Slope.
Jennifer is also a board member of the Delta Area Chamber of Commerce. Member of Delta Altrusa, Delta Rotary, One Delta County Economic Alliance and Montrose Realtor Board of Directors Colorado Cattlemen’s Association and the Realtor Land Institute. She is extremely involved in the community and is a very experienced realtor. She was awarded the 2020 Women in Business Award for Delta County , Best of 2022 & 2023 Award for Delta County and Top agent award with United Country in 2022, 2023 & 2024. Jennifer holds the RSPS, ABR, CSE, RLI Membership, and C2EX Commitment to Excellence from the National Association of Realtors and specializes in second homes and vacation homes throughout Western Colorado. She covers from Grand Junction, Delta, Cedaredge, Montrose to Cimarron Colorado.
